Our second year program offers a more concentrated leadership experience, giving returning students the opportunity to serve as examples for incoming first years. Not only is more ministry experience gleaned, but also pragmatic and invaluable knowledge is gained from serving as the leader of a ministry team. Essentially, students returning for their second year learn creative and impacting ways of leading and encouraging their own ministry teams toward the successful accomplishment of specific ministry goals.
